Charles Chip Strebeck President of the United Federation LEOS-PBA stated "that he was very happy that these Paragon PSO's from Pittsburgh, Erie, Harrisburg, & Altoona Pennsylvania all made the right choice in joining our Union PSONU, United Federation LEOS-PBA. For years these Paragon PSO's from Pennsylvania were abandoned by their International Union' noted Strebeck. Things were so bad In Pittsburgh, and Erie that their present International Union failed to even negotiate a new contract which expired back in May of this year. "What kind of security Union fails to negotiate a contract on behalf of its own members allowing it to expire with no plan of action? A Bad security Union who is only interested in collecting monthly dues without providing the proper service to its members!
The United Federation LEOS-PBA now represents more Paragon Systems Inc protective service officers PSO's than any other security union nationwide. Representing California, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, New York City, New York State, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Washington DC Capital region just to name a few.
