LEOSU Wins Again in California as the NLRB Decision Disposes of San Diego Paragon Objections
Los Angeles California, 12/21/2020 - William B. Cowen, Regional Director National Labor Relations Board, Region 21 made a very important ruling today in favor of the Law Enforcement Officers Security Unions LEOSU-CA once again as it ruled to dispose of objections to our election filed by the intervening Union after the 257 Paragon Systems, Inc Protective Service Officers PSO's in San Diego, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Imperial, California voted overwhelmingly in favor of LEOSU-CA by a score of 84 to 2.
In its Decision Disposing of Objections, the NLRB ruled on each of the 6 objections filed by the intervening Union citing For the reasons described above, the evidence described in the offer of proof is not sufficient to warrant a hearing in this matter. Therefore, pursuant to Section 102.69(c)(1)(i) of the Board’s Rules and Regulations, the Intervenor’s objections to the election are overruled in their entirety and a certification of representative should issue.
