LEOSU Negotiates a $2.00 Wage Increase for Paragon AMOC Officers in California

Riverside California - On October 14, 2020 the Law Enforcement Officers Security Unions LEOSU-CA was certified by the National Labor Relations Board NLRB to represent all full-time and regular part-time armed security officers employed by the Employer Paragon Systems performing guard duties as defined in Section 9(b)(3) of the Act, pursuant to its contract with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, at the Air and Marine Operations Center (AMOC) located at March Air Reserve Base in Riverside, California.

LEOSU-CA was successful in not only winning its election and being certified by the NLRB, but they were successful in negotiating and unanimously ratifying a new collective bargaining agreement within 4 days of its certification negotiating a $2.00 wage increase plus $0.50 over and above what Paragon Los Angeles makes the following year.

After much discussion, the LEOSU-CA was able to negotiate a $2.00 WAGE INCREASE + $0.50 Cents OVER & ABOVE what Los Angeles gets next year for the following year! Paragon also agreed to use the Los Angeles CBA as the AMOC template under The CBP AMOC Contract. THAT’S RESULTS!
