The Protective Service Officers Working @ 26 Federal Plaza in NYC Are Demanding RESPECT So Are the 315 Paragon System PSO's Working at their Other 28 Locations Throughout NYC & The Bronx

New York City 26 Federal Plaza - On February 26th the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) will be sending out official ballots to the 350 Paragon System Inc Protective Service Officers working at twenty nine (29) locations throughout Manhattan, the Bronx, West Nyick, Yonkers, New Rochelle, White Plains, and Peekskill, New York. For far to long these Paragon PSO officers have been underpaid compared to the PSO officers in Washington DC and the rest of the country. Soon these Paragon POS officers will have an opportunity to change that when they vote to join the LEOSU. A Real Union who continues to Fight for its Members!

 

Election Arrangements

 

The arrangements for the election in this matter are as follows: See the Official NLRB Notice and Ballot here.

 

Those eligible to vote are: All full-time and regular part-time armed and unarmed security officers employed by Paragon Systems, Inc. at the Federal Protective Service sites located in Manhattan, the Bronx, West Nyick, Yonkers, New Rochelle, White Plains, and Peekskill, New York, covered under Paragon System Inc.'s June 1, 2018, service contract with the United States Government during the payroll period ending February 7, 2019.

 

Date and Time Mail Ballots to be Sent to Voters: Monday, February 25, 2019

 

Date, Time and Place of Ballot Count: The ballot count will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at 10:30 AM at the Region 29 Office at Two Metro Tech Center, Suite 5100, Brooklyn, NY 11207-3838.
