FDIC Omniplex Officers Stand United Ratifying Their Best Contract Ever Giving Them Raises of $1.15 - $1.00 & $1.00 over the Next 3 Years

December 12, 2018

Washington DC Capitol region news - LEOSU-DC We Are Family! We are happy to announce that the Law Enforcement Officers Security Unions LEOSU-DC and the FDIC Omniplex bargaining committee has successfully been able negotiate a new 3 year collective bargaining agreement that gives our FDIC members working  in Washington DC and Virginia raises of $1.15 in the first year of the contract and a $1.00 across the board raise in year two (2) and year three (3). In addition to the above raises the LEOSU-DC and the committee was successful in negotiating the payout of unused sick days, Health & Welfare money paid out in cash for those who qualify and major changes in seniority rights, discipline and over twenty other article changes which will better protect our members. Local 104 DC President Keith Chapman noted "this was the best contract he has ever seen negotiated since he has been working at FDIC" and he has been their close to 16 years.

While the LEOSU-DC and the FDIC bargaining committee was in the middle of negotiating a new contract the (SPFPA) a rival union, attempted to intentionally interfere with the process by trying to pouch our members away from LEOSU-DC. However our loyal members did not want to have anything to do with this Union-Busting

Corrupt Union SPFPA who has a long history of Corruption & Embezzlement.

We wish to give a special thanks to our attorney Grant Lally who led negotiations as well as the FDIC bargaining committee headed by Milton Bratton, Keith Chapman, Cameron Lewis-King, Lamont Guillory, Benjamin Robinson  and several others who participated as well as our FDIC members who stood strong behind their Union ratifying their best contract ever.
