150 Protective Service Officers working for QI at the Dept of Transportation & Federal Aviation Administration in DC are set to Vote April 25th for LEOSU-DC Representation.

Washington DC - One hundred and fifty (150) plus Quality Investigation, Inc. d/b/a QI Security,Protective Service Officers working at several buildings at the Department of Transportation and Federal Aviation Administration buildings in Washington DC will soon be voting for LEOSU-DC representation.

 

The election will be conducted by United States mail. The mail ballots will be mailed to employees employed in the appropriate collective-bargaining unit. At 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, ballots will be mailed to eligible voters from the National Labor Relations Board, Region 05 Resident Office, 1015 Half Street SE, Washington, DC 20570-0001. Voters must sign the outside of the envelope in which the ballot is returned. Any ballot received in an envelope that is not signed will be automatically void.


Those employees who believe that they are eligible to vote and did not receive a ballot in the mail by Tuesday, May 2, 2017, should communicate immediately with the National Labor Relations Board by either calling the Region 05 Resident Office at (202) 208-3000 or our national toll-free line at 1-866-667-NLRB (1-866-667-6572).


All ballots will be co-mingled and counted at the Region 05 Resident Office on Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. In order to be valid and counted, the returned ballots must be received in the Region 05 Resident Office prior to the counting of the ballots.

 

Also on the ballot is the Security Police Fire union from Roseville, Michigan which has a long history of embezzlement and corruption as well as many Department of Labor and NLRB violations.  

 

Most recently the Security Police Fire International Union was forced into a settlement Agreement to pay back $20,000 to its members at the Ronald Reagan in DC for illegally taking their dues.
